  1. boca burgers. they're better than the real thing.
  2. Fruits and Veggies... obviously. You can make many different things. My new favorite is putting Salad in A Pita bread pocket. YUMMY Tofu... If you haven't heard of it you need to research. It is good if cooked properly. Soy sauce is usually used for flavor. They have Vegan and vegetarian TV Suppers. (example Vegan Lasagna -i believe this is made with Tofu) Hope i helped you some :) good luck, And congrats on becoming a veg head.

Italian is my second fav veggie food. Try the following its my personal recpie. You will need. 6-8 cloves of garlic finely diced 1 jar marinara sauce 4 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp basil 2 tbsp oregano 2 tbsp paprika 1 tbsp kosher salt Italian shredded cheese blend 1 large red onion diced 1 Zucchini julienne cut 2 squash julienne cut 1 carrot diced 1 cup Parsley 1 regular size box of frozen spinach 1 regular size pack of barilla penne pasta Cook the pasta according to box direction and set aside. In a frying pan heat the olive oil and add the garlic. Fry garlic till it startes to turn golden brown. Then add all the veggies and saute for about 5 minutes. Then add the basil, oregno, paprica and salt and saute the veggies for about 2 minutes more steiring often. Then add the marinara sauce and keep sterring for about 3 minutes. Take the pan off the heat and set aside. Pre heat the oven to 375 degrees. In a large size over proof bowl layer the pasta sauce and cheese. I like to make at least 2 layers...pasta sauce cheese....pasta sauce cheese..thats how i do it. Put the oven proof bowl in the oven for 30 mins or until the cheese browns and gets nice and crispy. Let it cool for about 10 minutes before you eat it. Enjoy! I also like to eat morning star patty veggie burgers. Spicy Black Bean Patty is my fav.
