Here are some you might like CHOCOLATE MINT SMOOTHIES 2 c. milk, divided 1/4 c. instant cocoa mix 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 1/8 tsp. peppermint extract 1 pt. vanilla ice cream Heat 1/2 cup milk just until hot. Combine hot milk and cocoa mix in container of electric blender. Process until smooth. Add remaining 1 1/2 cups milk, vanilla and peppermint, blend well. Add ice cream and process until mixture is smooth. 4 cups. PEACH MELBA SMOOTHIE 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen unsweetened sliced peaches 2 c. cranberry-raspberry juice cocktail, chilled 1 (8 oz.) carton raspberry low-fat yogurt Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add half of all ingredients. Process until smooth. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Yield: 5 cups THE OVERLOADED SMOOTHIE 1/3 cup of chopped pineapple 1/3 cup of strawberries (wash & cut off tops) 1/4 of blueberries 1/4 of chopped bananas (remove peel) 2 scoops of lime sherbert 5 ice cubes a dash of orange juice Put all ingredients into blender. Mix until smooth.
  2. 1 cup joghurt 1 cup frozen berries 1 tbsp honey Blend all together, then blend again with ice cubes. coooool!!
  3. basically you can use almost any fruit you really enjoy. We like to eat our fruits fresh, but if it starting to look like we won't get to finish them while they are in their prime, we freeze them, do the same with our milk (in ice cube tray) and bananas, when they start to look too ripe, I peel them and freeze them in a bag........til its time to make smoothies. For liquid, we use milk or cold water, and sprinkle some Chrystal Lite (I like lemon, so it has a tart taste) until its the consistency you like. We've been freezing strawberries, blueberries, raspberries for smoothies, and soon, our blackberries will be ripe enough. Its nice to be able to have smoothies all year, not just in the summer.......but they are enjoyable on a hot day. I like to chill our glasses too, so we have a couple, we just keep in the freezer for smoothies. I've never used a smoothie recipe........its just fruit and liquid - whatever you like. The sunrype vegetable juices work well too.

  5. Fruit or veggie smoothies that are made with fruits that come from the same country are the best together. (like pineapple-mango-banana) Adding some milk and a splash of vanilla make fruit smoothies taste better.
  6. How About a smoothy for the diet conscience 2 cups low fat (or nonfat) milk 1 banana vanilla extract to taste (can use any flavor-even chocolate) place items in a blender and add ice to the liquid level and blend. Very good and so good for you!
  7. Cool Breeze 1 cup watermelon, seeds removed 1/4 cantalope cut in peices 1/2 cup plain or peach yougurt blend with Ice!!
