Looking for some tips on how somebody can survive for two weeks in Peru without eating any sorta animal (fish is an animal :)) product except milk and eggs? Names of the vegetarian dishes will be great, so will be a place online to find more about it?

- There are several restaurants which offer vegetarian dishes. There are even sushi bars offering only vegetarian food. One of the best for me is "Papa a la Huanacaina" (and also Ocopa) which is boiled potatoes with a cheesy chili sauce. There are also lotf of salads you can have and soups. One of the best soups is called "Chupe", it is made with shrimps but you can ask them to remove them! You can have "tortilla" (omellette) There is also "Carapulcra" which is like a stew made of potatoes and peanuts. Then you have "tamales" and "tamales verdes" which are made out of corn. I also recommned our corn on the cob with cheese. We have great cheese here too. We also have "yuca" and "camote" which are tubercules and they are delicious when fried and dipped in sauces. The best vegetarian restaurant (organic food too) is called Bircher Benner and it's in the district of Miraflores. I have to say that not many dishes are made without some kind of meat. We have great seafood so you will find quite a limited menu. However, the desserts are great so you will find lots of things to eat here. Have a great time!
- you can make it. in fact you only have to ask for vegetarian food ("comida vegetariana, no carne, no pescado, no pollo") they are a lot of vegetarian restaurants and f you're going to Cuzco, every restaurant knows there vegetarian people, so they have veggie dishes in their menus
