How much fresh vegetables do you feed a dwarf rabbit?

- Not many. These guys are notorious for sensitive stomachs. My rabbit came really close to dying when he had a little bit too much. I hope that you don't give your rabbit more than 1 cup of vegetables. That can cause diarrhea. I think about 1/2 of a cup would be fine.
- Not more than two cups. Lettuce can cause diarrhea as it's more water than other leafy veggies, but my dwarf bun eats at least a cup of veggies a day and he's fine. The ratio I use is 2 cups of veggies per five pounds of bunny weight. Most dwarf bunnies are under five pounds, so adjust accordingly. Also, when introducing new veggies into you rabbits diet, go for a week at least before introducing another new kind of vegetable. That way, if your bunny has a bad reaction, you'll know the culprit.
