How to minimize damage to fresh fuits and vegetables, while shipping and transport?
I wanted to know if there's a way by which fresh foods and vegetables can be shipped safely from one place to another without having to incur losses in form of damage to the stuff i.e. physical damage and contamination

- Most fruits and vegetables fare well when individually wrapped in paper and shipped in cartons with very rigid frames (ie wood-framed boxes).
- Firstly wash the stuff in water and dried it. Pack in card box carton which gives a air and protect from othere outside pressure to get damage. It should not be weighin 2.5 Kg. each box. Trasnsport in a refrigerated van, if the temperature during transportation is more then 20 degreee celcious.
- There are many ways to preserve fruits and vegetables during transportation. I suggest that you write specifics. There are fruits and vegetables that are very delicate that need extra careful handling and some even sensitive to moisture. Yet there are also fruits and vegetables that don't easily get bruised or rotten. The length of the travel may also vary handling conditions.
