  1. hahahahaha no. I have been a veg head since I was thirteen and I am a 5' 4" and 115 lbs which is a healthy BMI. No it is actually proven that healthy vegetarians can live ten years longer then omnivores (those who eat both meat and vegetation). I do not over eat and love being a vegetarian.
  2. i am not a Vegetarians but from what i have seen at school yes and no there are some people that try top make up for what they miss. But also some keep up with what they eat and they eat the right amount
  3. No, actually when i did eat meat i ate ALOT!!!!!!But now i lost 5 pounds(i was never obese or anything just a little chunky.) Becuase im not so tempted. And if you eat the right foods like fruits and vegetables you will definately not get fat.
  4. I am a perfectly healthy vegetarian. I will out live many meat eaters... because i'm not taking in a crazy amount of fat each day. You should go vegetarian!! seriously!!
  5. LOL NO! I eat less now since I'm vegetarian and I'm more satisfied with the food I eat. I have never felt better in my life..I have more energy, my skin has completely cleared up, I sleep better, everything is different and for the better. I have lost so much weight the healthy way it's crazy!
  6. Where did you "hear" this stuff? That's the weirdest thing I have ever heard. Why would we eat more? I'm so confused. BTW meat eaters over eat more often then vegetarians because of the multiple high protein and fat meals they eat throughout the day.
  7. I don't think that's true - it's probably a rumor! I don't think I eat more - maybe even less! Not only that, I feel so much better about the food I eat because I know I'm making healthy choices. I never felt right about eating meat, so becoming a vegetarian was a great choice for me. The foods I eat are much healthier, keep my energy up, and improve my mood. This is a real contrast to when I ate meat - I became sluggish so easily and always felt bloated and gross after meals.
