- lacto vegetarians do, vegans don`t
- Yes, a vegan eliminates all animal products including dairy
- yup its just vegans that dont eat cheese, eggs or milk.
- Vegetarians yes Vegans no
- Yes, generally speaking people who eat no dairy or eggs are called vegans.
- Most Vegetarians don't eat fish, meat & eggs. (A few eat fish & eggs) Vegans don't eat any of the above include milk & cheese to the list
- Being a member of PETA (People for the Eating of Tasty Animals), I wouldn't know...I figure if God didn't want us to eat animals, he wouldn't have made them outta meat...K ;o)
- Generally, vegetarians do but... it's your choice- if you don't want to eat any of them, then don't (but then you'd basically be a vegan). There are no strict rules as to what you can and can't eat.
- A vegetarian's diet consists of mainly plant foods, they do not eat meat(which means birds and fish too) Dairy and eggs are considered vegetarian... so someone can still be a vegetarian and consume dairy and eggs. Then there are more strict vegetarian(better known as vegans)who don't consume ANY animal products... meaning that they don't eat meat, dairy, eggs, or any other animal product such as casein (derived from milk) or honey.
