Vegetable recipes?

I am having a huge Thanksgiving this year and am looking for other vegetable recipes, other then the traditional green bean casserole anyone have any ideas? My family really loves brussel sprouts so if any one has a unique way of making them please share i steam my brussel sprouts and eat them with butter too

1. Emeril has a wonderful savory bread pudding recipe that I make.... Check out foodnetwork.com - The rankings really do relate to how hard or easy something is to make. As far as brussel sprouts go, I just steam them and then toss with a little butter and lemon pepper seasoning. And for a healthier option, I skip the butter.
