Now that Cadbury belongs to Kraft, will the chocolate recipes change? I was halfway through devouring a strangely unsatisfying Cadbury Creme Egg when I heard the news on TV. Then I the rest of the Creme egg out with the fear that the ingredients have been Americanized! I live in Australia so the recipe is a little different here generally (climate reasons I suppose and what naturally grows in the ground whatevers cheaper etc I dunno) Do you think Kraft will change or has changed the recipe? Because the Marble chocolate block I bought tasted a little different too. Or did the flavour change with the packaging?
How much milk and butter do you put into Kraft Mac & Cheese? I recently bought a Kraft Mac & Cheese box but accidentally bought the "sensible solutions" one where it tells you less amount of butter and milk to put into the cheese and noodles. Can anyone please tell me how much butter and milk the original Kraft box recipe calls for? I know someone out there must have a box in their house... I'm hungry for some macaroni cheese! :)
Cream cheese sugar cookie recipe from Kraft cookbook? I think it was a Kraft cookbook, might have been Philly cream cheese. These were refridgerator cream cheese cookies with cream cheese, butter, eggs, flour, etc. Roll them out and cut them, taste just like the ones they sell at Wally World. Anyone have a similar cookbook??
UK; Is the chocolate flavour/taste likely to change now that Cadbury has (almost) merged with US, Kraft foods? Would appear once a company is taken over, the controlling company changes the running and procedures of said company. Im worried that Cadburys chocolate will sadly not be the same. Its been successfull in many emerging markets (most likely bc of its chocolate taste) - which Kraft is keen to move into however, if Kraft messes about with Cadbury recipes these markets may deteriorate. -so long the Cadbury we knew:( Well roll our eyes in unison Mary !
Recipes for Healthy Meats Besides Chicken or Fish? I just started cooking a year ago, and I love cooking "healthier" food--not necessarily rice cakes and spinach leaves, but not super greasy or goey with sugar and cheese either. I have a subscription to Kraft's recipe magazine, and have my grandma's recipes, but most of them use chicken and fish. While I understand the importance of both, I'm looking to expand my "menu" a bit. Does anyone have any recipes for any meat (besides chicken and fish) that aren't too difficult? Thanks!
Recipe for Kraft Roka Blue Cheese spread? Kraft Foods has discontinued production of their Roka Blue Cheese spread - in the little glass jars (not the runnier dressing). What recipe (I suppose involving blue cheese and Roquefort dressing) would come close to approximating this product. My Mom LOVES the stuff.
Kraft Food commercial recipe? I've been seeing lots of commercials with recipes from Kraft Food. One had a Digiorno Pizza, and a recipe that included zucchini and green pepper. I've looked on their website, but can't find it. What is the name of the recipe that included the zucchini and green pepper?
How and why is institutional Kraft Roka Bleu Cheese Dressing different than the consumer product? My mom has wondered for *years*: There are apparently two different recipes. Apparently, the 1 gallon institutional / foodservice product is sweet, and tastes better, while the 16 oz. consumer product is bitter. She wants to know what that difference is, and also WHY? Kraft won't answer this. She's asked. Best answer goes to the person with a *detailed* explanation HOW these products differ. Or, whoever can post accurate and complete ingredients AND nutritional info for both institutional & consumer Kraft Roka Bleu Cheese (regular, NOT light) products. Institutional info is hard to find, and buying a gallon is a waste. PLEASE: *ONLY* real answers from food or foodservice professionals, or someone with a correct answer! NO guesses! Why? someone with the answer may see the question is answered and not waste time checking it. Stupid or obvious point-grubbing WILL get reported, because it pisses me off. This is a favor for mom, so don't tempt me. Your help is appreciated! You didn't read the question, MikeL. 1.There is a notable difference that cannot be explained by shelf time. 2. She has asked Kraft. Repeatedly. They REFUSE to answer the question. That alone says there's something going on that they don't feel like sharing. Please, someone else try to answer this.
Recipe from Kraft for decorating cookies using the Twelve days of Christmas Cookie Cutter by Chilton? I promised to make to make Halloween Cookies using the same technique for my grandchildren that I did for my son. He was in kindergarten when the 1978 cookies came on the market. I know Corn Syrup was used with paste food coloring and painted on the cookies in vibrant colors, then left to dry. HELP! I am baking th cookies today and need to figure this all out before next Saturday!
Any good recipes for a creamy alfredo sauce? I have made fettucine alfredo a few times and it was good, but it had a grainy texture to it. Recipes with Boxed Macaroni and Cheese Mix? Everybody knows that boxed macaroni and cheese mix (like Kraft) is a super-cheap way to stretch your food budget. Does anyone have any easy recipes, tips, or add-ins to dress it up a little bit or make it into a main dish? Thanks! A lot of the ideas posted are ones I've already tried, like adding tuna or hamburger. I'm just soooo tired of the same old thing to eat every night, but my family balks at the idea of trying new recipes. However, if it looks a little familiar to them (like mac + cheese), I think I will have an easier time getting them out of the same old rut.
Seeking copycat recipe for Kraft mac & cheese? I'm an American ex-pat living in rural UK. No access to any American products like cheese whiz, which I've seen in other copycat recipes. What I'm looking for is a from-scratch recipe using fairly basic ingredients. Any ideas?

How do you make the Kraft Shake 'N Bake Buffalo Wing Seasoned Coating Mix? Several years ago, Kraft stopped making their Shake 'N Bake Buffalo Wing Seasoned Coating Mix. I've been looking for a way to prepare it myself ever since. But Kraft never responded to my requests through the "Contact Us" portion of their site, and I have been unable to find any information on my own. To clarify, I don't need a recipe for applying the coating to the wings; I've already found at least a dozen sites with that information. But I'd like to know how to make the mix itself, if anyone has that information. Thanks in advance for your help.

What are some fun recipes for? Kraft macaroni and cheese? (Not the ones from the website, I want your own personal additions. I know about adding hot dogs and chili powder.) Also, do you make it according to the instructions or do you have your own style? I like to put chunks of country ham in mine. I also make the sauce a special way. I melt butter in a cup, add the cheese sauce stirring until all of the lumps are out, add a dash of milk, stirring again and then pour it over the macaroni.
How can I keep my cake in quality condition? For my English class, we have something called Chivalry Day, which is on Valentine's Day. You have to do something nice and give it to your partner (chosen randomly) who is the opposite gender of you. I am planning to make him a cake. Would it still taste fresh if I made it today and gave it to him two days from now? Also, how/where should I store it? (In fridge, etc.) I am making this one: http://food.yahoo.com/recipes/kraft/56742/jell-o-r-dive-on-in-cake
Have any good pasta salad recipes? I LOVE pasta salads and go to the grocery store Deli when I can afford it and buy cold pasta salads but was wondering if any of you have any good pasta recipes for me to make at home. I have made all kinds of boxed pasta salads like "suddenly salad" and those kraft salads but they just dont taste as good as the deli ones or the ones that people make for parties, graduation, family reunions, ect. I like pasta salads that are "thick" like made with mayo (they dont HAVE to be though) I like chicken salads and seafood (mock crab) salads I DONT like thin watery salads like ones that only have olive oil as the "sauce" and I dont like mushrooms or olives. Anything you wanna share? Bex: the chicken cashew salad sounds like its right up my alley!

In search of a kraft chicken stir fry recipe? I am looking for the stir fry recipe that used to be on the back of the minute rice box(I believe that's which"box" it was on). I can' t find it on their website or the minute rice website. It had kraft sweet and sour sauce in it, also chicken, pineapple, frozen stir fry veggies and I can' t remember what else. Help me please if you know the rest of this recipe(it is very yummy). 10 points to the first correct answer :o) One thing I specifically remember about this recipe is you add the rice directly to the pan to cook it, so it's a one dish stir fry! I love it, so easy. I wish I could find it! No catalina dressing or any other kind of dressing. There is just Kraft Sweet and Sour sauce added as the dressing/sauce Js gave me my answer! You are amazing :o) Thank you
Calling all Kraft Dinner lovers!? What is your favourite KD recipe and story? I like taking pork chops, rolling the edges in coarse black pepper and grilling them. Then, cut the chops into bite sized pieces and add to Extra Creamy KD. It's super simple but the cheese sauce with the pepper... out of this world. One time when my hubby and I were moving my aunt and mom were unpacking the kitchen in the new place. They happened upon a box FILLED with Kraft Dinner. My mom ended up coming up to me, handing me $50 thinking that we were broke so all we could afford to eat was Kraft Dinner. Well actually, it had been on sale (and they were giving away free movies in the box) so we had bought 4 x 12 packs of KD. We really do like KD but no, we weren't eating it every day. I did keep the $50 though!
PLEASE help this Kraft Dinner Queen learn how to Cook? So you see here folks...I tend to kick it ol skool with Mr.Noodles, Aunt Jamima and uncle ben lol :P therefore I seek your help as I attempt to become domesticated. I promised my boyfriend that because he is so great and does so much for me that I would learn how to cook just for him. I'm 26 and used to single life cooking (if its not out of a box or can or can be nuked in under 10 min I don't bother with it!) I am looking for tips and tasty (healthy) recipes to try that don't take a lot of time to prepare and that will satisfy the needs of a "meat and potato man" with a healthy appetite. I'm no rachael Ray, I do not wish to make a dish which name I cannot pronounce nor am I going to prepare something with a million spices/ingredients. Id like those type of recipes where you say "a monkey could do it!" so please feel free to comment on cooking basics and essentials, use links and let me know what has gone over well with you! I'll thank you as soon as my boyfriend thanks me!! *wink*
