Vegetable recipes? I am having a huge Thanksgiving this year and am looking for other vegetable recipes, other then the traditional green bean casserole anyone have any ideas? My family really loves brussel sprouts so if any one has a unique way of making them please share i steam my brussel sprouts and eat them with butter too

Anyone have any creative low-calorie vegetable recipes? I've found a few to try on different recipe sites but I'm looking for your tried and true recipes that even anti-vegetable men (ie: my husband) will like. Not too many ingredients please. Most vegetables are expensive here so I don't want to waste any with untried recipes. Thanks

Diabetic and looking for great vegetable recipes? I am not vegetarian, nor vegan, but I am diabetic and cannot have "white" foods like potatos, white flour, pasta. Vegetable roll recipes? I'm looking for a recipe for a kind of bread roll with veggies and ham in it. Can be made without the ham too. It looks almost like a swissroll. Roll out the dough, put spinach, cheese, onions, etc on and roll it up. Cut in rolls and put in oven. This was the easiest way to explain it. Does anyone have a recipe that sounds something like that?

Recipes for a Rice/Vegetable Steamer? My husband bought me a rice/vegetable steamer for my birthday. I tried it out tonight with just steaming some broccoli, and man o man was it delicious, we put some lemon butter on top. Every time I'm at the grocery store I always buy extra vegetables because I want to try different veggie dishes, Sometimes when me and my boyfriend would go out to his moms for dinner she would make this carrot dish that I absolutely loved! so every time I saw she made it I was pretty happy:) Then finally one day I had a bunch of carrots and decided to call her and just get the recipe myself.
